Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Content

You must NOT use ViralDM to send/post:

• ❌ Illegal content (drugs, weapons, terrorism)
• ❌ Hate speech, harassment, threats
• ❌ Sexually explicit content involving minors
• ❌ Spam, unsolicited bulk messages
• ❌ Phishing, scams, fraud attempts
• ❌ Malware, viruses, malicious links
• ❌ Impersonation of others
• ❌ Copyrighted content without permission
• ❌ Misleading health/financial claims
• ❌ Gambling promotions (where illegal)

2. Prohibited Activities

• ❌ Send messages to users who haven't opted in
• ❌ Buy/sell/trade Instagram/FB/YT accounts
• ❌ Use stolen access tokens or hacked accounts
• ❌ Manipulate platform metrics (fake likes, comments)
• ❌ Circumvent rate limits
• ❌ Reverse engineer or attack our infrastructure
• ❌ Use our Service to compete with us

3. Platform Compliance

You MUST follow:

• Instagram Community Guidelines
• Facebook Community Standards
• YouTube Community Guidelines
• All applicable laws (Indian, your country, and target users' countries)

4. Rate Limits & Fair Use

To prevent abuse and keep the platform fast for everyone:

• Free: 150 DMs/month, 1 automation
• Starter: Unlimited DMs, 100 API calls/day
• Growth: Unlimited DMs, 1,000 API calls/day
• Agency: Unlimited DMs, API access included

"Unlimited" means we do not meter your messages or charge per contact. It is still bounded by Instagram's own rate limits, which we cannot raise, and by the anti-spam rules below — sending that Meta classifies as abusive will be throttled or blocked at their end regardless of your plan. We reserve the right to contact an account whose volume is clearly automated abuse rather than genuine audience replies.

5. Anti-Spam Compliance

You must:

• ✅ Only message users who initiated conversation (Instagram TOS)
• ✅ Honor unsubscribe requests immediately
• ✅ Include opt-out mechanism in broadcast messages
• ✅ Get explicit consent before adding to sequences
• ✅ Comply with India's DPDPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM

6. AI Misuse

Don't use AI features to:

• ❌ Generate deceptive deepfake content
• ❌ Impersonate real people
• ❌ Create misleading information
• ❌ Generate illegal content
