ViralDM system status
Seven parts of ViralDM are checked by our own server, and this page refreshes every 60 seconds.
Each check confirms the service is reachable and answering. It does not test every customer's own connection, so if your account shows a problem in the dashboard, that comes first.
Machine-readable: /status.json returns each component's state and the time of the check.

Each component has its own check. Every row shows Operational, Degraded, Down or Not checked.
How we check
Checked on our server, not in your browser
Our server runs each check with a 5-second timeout and keeps the result for a minute, so the public page cannot be used to hammer the services it checks. What each state means:
Operational
The service answered within 3 seconds without a server error.
Degraded
The service answered with a server error, or took longer than 3 seconds.
Down
No answer at all. If the page cannot reach our own status check, it marks the website as down.
Not checked
We could not run this check, so the page says so instead of guessing.
