Our story
Why ViralDM exists
Indian creators and small businesses were paying ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 a month for Instagram automation tools built for the US market. They were complex and priced in dollars. We wanted software that respects an Indian creator's budget and still matches what global tools offer.
ViralDM started in Bhilwara, Rajasthan. Every feature is built with Meta's Instagram policies in mind, with content safety at the core and AI replies that sound like you, so your DMs never feel like spam.

Our servers run on Google Cloud in Mumbai. Connected-account tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. DPDP consent is recorded per purpose.

ViralDM.app is a DM automation product for creators, made in India by Vyzonek Technology Private Limited. It runs on the web and installs on Android and iPhone from viraldm.app/app. Its official profiles are @viraldm.app on Instagram, ViralDM on LinkedIn and jkkumawat on GitHub.
It is not related to ViRaL Digital Marketing (viraldm.com), a marketing agency in Florida, USA, or to the Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts named @viraldm, which belong to that agency.
Platform accounts: transition in progress. ViralDM began as Kings 11, the sole proprietorship of Jeetmal Kumawat (MSME UDYAM-RJ-07-0010091), and the business was incorporated as Vyzonek Technology Private Limited on 25 July 2026.
Some third-party platform accounts are still registered to the proprietorship while they are transferred, including the Meta Business Account used for our Instagram API integration. Both are owned and operated by the same founder, and Vyzonek Technology Private Limited is the contracting party and the data controller for ViralDM.
