Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged during this period. You can cancel anytime within the trial — no charges, no questions.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied within 7 days of your first paid charge, email us at billing@viraldm.app for a full refund. No questions asked.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

• Cancel anytime — service continues until end of paid period
• No prorated refunds for partial months
• Auto-renewal can be turned off in dashboard → Billing

4. Annual Subscriptions

• Eligible for pro-rated refund if cancelled within 30 days of payment
• After 30 days: refund of unused months minus 20% admin fee
• Annual plans get up to 30% discount vs monthly

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Add-on credits (AI tokens, SMS, etc.) once consumed
• Setup/migration services already delivered
• Custom development work
• Third-party costs (Razorpay fees, etc.)

6. Refund Process

1. Email billing@viraldm.app with your account email and reason
2. We respond within 24 business hours
3. Approved refunds processed within 7-10 business days
4. Refunded to original payment method (UPI/Card/Bank)

7. Account Termination by Us

If we terminate your account for violating Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, you are not eligible for refunds.

8. Disputes & Chargebacks

Please contact us first before initiating chargebacks. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in immediate account suspension.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Changes apply only to future purchases.
