Connect Discord to ViralDM
Get a message in a Discord channel for every new lead, order, payment and booking.

How it works
You pick one channel on your Discord server. ViralDM posts a message there for each event, with its details.
ViralDM can only post into that channel through the webhook Discord creates. It cannot read your server.
What goes across
- All six business events.
- The Flow Builder step "Send to a connector".
One click
Connect Discord in one click
- In ViralDM open Connectors and press Connect on Discord.
- On Discord's page, pick your server and the channel, then press Authorize.
- Press 🧪 Test. A test message appears in that channel.
The other way
Use a webhook URL instead
Discord can give you a webhook link for one channel. A webhook is a web address (URL) that one app calls the moment something happens, so the other app hears about it instantly.
Discord Webhook URL
- In Discord, open Server Settings → Integrations (or the channel's settings, the gear next to its name → Integrations).
- Press Create Webhook (or New Webhook if one already exists), give it a name such as ViralDM and choose the channel.
- Press Copy Webhook URL. It starts with https://discord.com/api/webhooks/.
You need the "Manage Webhooks" permission on that server. Keep the link private.
After connecting
Check it works
- Press 🧪 Test on the connector in ViralDM. It sends one test event, so you can see it arrive before a real lead does.
- On the Connectors page, open the connector: it shows how many events were sent, when the last one went, how many failed, and the reason for the last failure.
- You can also send a person to this connector from inside an automation: in the Flow Builder add the step "Send to a connector" and pick it. The step does nothing if the connector is not connected.
Test fails with "answered HTTP 404".
The webhook was deleted in Discord. Make a new one and paste it, or connect again.
