Pick a post, see its comments, reply / hide / unhide / delete. Set a keyword and the reply happens by itself, with a DM behind it.
The Instagram app shows comments one post at a time and buries the ones that matter. ViralDM's Comments page lists your posts, opens the comments of any of them, and gives you the four actions Instagram's API allows on your own media: a public reply, hide (the commenter still sees it, nobody else does), unhide and delete. Next to it, keyword automations answer the questions you get every day — "price?", "link?", "available?" — with a public reply under the comment and a DM with the details, in the language the person wrote in. Rude or spam comments can be hidden automatically by AI Comments.

Dashboard → Comments → pick the account → click a post in the grid. Under each comment: Reply (public, appears on Instagram within seconds), Hide, Unhide, Delete. Hidden comments stay on screen greyed out with a badge so you can bring them back.
Dashboard → Automations → new automation → trigger "comment on post" → keyword such as price → write the public reply and the DM. Bind it to one post, to posts you have only scheduled (they go live together), or to all posts. The humaniser adds a natural delay and keeps inside Meta's limits.
No. A hidden comment stays visible to the person who wrote it and to nobody else. Unhide restores it. Delete removes it for everyone.
