Reach is unique accounts that saw anything of yours. Profile views is how many opened your profile — the number that moves when a reel works. Accounts engaged is people who liked, commented, saved or shared. Net follows is follows minus unfollows for the period. Instagram does not report every metric for very new or very small accounts; the page tells you which ones are missing instead of showing zero.
