What each number means
Reach is unique accounts that saw anything of yours. Profile views is how many opened your profile — the number that moves when a reel works. Accounts engaged is people who liked, commented, saved or shared. Net follows is follows minus unfollows for the period. Instagram does not report every metric for very new or very small accounts; the page tells you which ones are missing instead of showing zero.

Where do the numbers come from?
From Instagram's Insights API (GET /me/insights and GET /{media-id}/insights) for the professional account you connected with Instagram Login. Nothing is estimated or scraped.
Why does it ask me to reconnect the account?
Insights need the manage-insights permission, which the account grants during Instagram Login. Accounts connected before September 2026 reconnect once from the Accounts page.
