These terms govern participation in the ViralDM Partner (Affiliate) Program, run by Vyzonek Technology Private Limited ("ViralDM", "we"). By using your referral link or requesting a payout, you agree to these rules. You take part as an independent promoter, not as our employee or agent.
1. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have a valid ViralDM account.
- You must have a legitimate channel (Instagram, YouTube, blog, email list, etc.) to promote ViralDM.
- Payouts go to an Indian UPI ID or Indian bank account in your own name.
2. Commission Structure
- 0-9 paying referrals: 41% recurring commission
- 10-49 paying referrals: 46% recurring commission
- 50+ paying referrals: 51% recurring commission
Commissions are recurring — you earn for as long as your referred user remains a paying customer.
Payments made through Google Play: Google keeps a 15% service fee on purchases made inside the Android app. On those payments your commission is worked out on the remaining 85%. Payments made on viraldm.app (UPI, card, net banking) earn commission on the full amount paid. The commission rate is the same on both.
Paying referral: a referred account that has made at least one payment, on viraldm.app or through Google Play — both count towards your tier. Signing up alone does not. A rate you have already reached is not lowered when tiers change.
3. Cookie & Attribution
- Cookie duration: 90 days, counted from the most recent click on your link
- If someone creates a ViralDM account (email, Google, GitHub or Apple sign-in) within those 90 days, the account is credited to you
- Last click wins: if they clicked more than one partner's link, the most recent click before sign-up gets the credit
- Once an account is credited to you, it stays yours — later clicks on other links do not move it
- A creator offer code issued to you (Admin → Offers) also credits a buyer who was not already referred by someone else
4. Payout Terms
- Minimum payout: ₹1,000
- Payouts processed monthly on the 5th of each month
- Payment methods: UPI or Indian bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). We do not currently pay out internationally.
- A commission becomes withdrawable 8 days after the referred payment — once our 7-day money-back window has passed. Until then it shows as "on hold"
- Payouts are made in Indian rupees to the UPI ID or bank account you save in your partner dashboard. Wrong or someone else's details can delay a payout; we contact you before paying
5. Prohibited Activities
- Self-referral — You cannot use your own code to sign up another account you control
- Spam — Mass-emailing unsolicited contacts, comment spam, forum spam
- Misleading claims — False feature claims, unrealistic income promises
- Brand ads — Paid ads (Google, Bing, Meta/Instagram/Facebook, YouTube or any other network) that bid on "ViralDM" or close spellings, or that use our name or logo as the advertiser name, page name, handle or ad headline
- Look-alike pages — Domains, pages or handles that could be mistaken for official ViralDM
- Coupon/cashback sites — Reselling your commission as cashback to users
- Fake signups — Creating fake accounts to claim commissions
- Cookie stuffing — Forcing referral cookies via popups, iframes, or hidden elements
- Brand impersonation — Pretending to be official ViralDM
- Multiple accounts — One person, one affiliate account
6. Disclosure
Tell your audience when you earn from a link. Follow the ASCI guidelines for influencer advertising and the Consumer Affairs endorsement guidelines: a clear "#ad", "Affiliate link" or "I earn a commission" next to the link, in the same language as your post. Do not promise income, results or features ViralDM does not offer.
7. Refund Clawback
If a referred payment is refunded in full, its commission is clawed back automatically when our payment processor notifies us. Still on hold or in your balance: it is removed. Inside a payout request: the request is reduced by the same amount. Already paid out: it is deducted from your next payout.
8. Tax (India)
- PAN before your first payout. Add your PAN and your name exactly as printed on it in your partner dashboard. We check it with the Income Tax Department's records before paying; the name must match the UPI or bank account you are paid to. A payout cannot be requested until a PAN is added
- TDS. When the income-tax law requires tax to be deducted at source on your commission — today, once your partner payouts in a financial year (April–March) cross the threshold the law sets — we deduct it at the rate in force, deposit it against your PAN and give you the TDS certificate each quarter. You see the TDS and the amount you received on every payout. Once the threshold is crossed, the tax is due on the whole year's payouts, so a payout can also carry TDS for earlier payouts that year
- If you have no valid PAN, or it is inoperative (not linked to Aadhaar), the law requires a higher TDS rate, and we apply it
- You are responsible for declaring your partner income in your own income-tax return; the TDS appears in your Form 26AS / AIS
- If you are registered for GST, tell us before your payout so it can be invoiced correctly
9. Tracking & Disputes
- ViralDM's tracking system is final for commission attribution
- Disputes must be filed within 30 days of the transaction
- We will investigate but cannot guarantee commissions for transactions that don't appear in our system
10. Leaving the Program
You can leave at any time — closing your ViralDM account ends your participation. We can end it too. When it ends:
- Your referral link stops crediting new sign-ups, and no commission is earned on payments made after that
- Everything you have earned is paid to you within 90 days — whatever the amount. The ₹1,000 minimum does not apply. Commissions still in the refund window are included; a refund that lands later reduces the amount (section 7)
- We pay to the UPI ID or bank account you saved. If you have not saved one, we email you to ask for it
- Only if we end your participation for a breach of section 5 are the commissions earned through that breach forfeited
11. Changes to the Program
We may change commission rates, payout terms or program rules with 30 days' notice by email to partners. A change never reduces commission already earned. If we close the program, we give the same notice and pay every partner's balance within 90 days, whatever the amount.
12. Liability
ViralDM is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your participation in the affiliate program. Maximum liability is limited to commissions actually earned but unpaid.
13. Your Data
We keep your PAN (encrypted) and the name on it, your payout details (UPI ID or bank account), commission ledger and payout history to pay you and for tax records, and click data on your link (time, approximate source) to credit referrals and stop fraud. See our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Write to us first — most questions are settled by email within 30 days. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Bhilwara, Rajasthan, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that remains.
