Connect HubSpot to ViralDM

Every lead with an email or phone becomes a HubSpot contact — an existing contact is updated, not duplicated.

How it works

When an event carries an email or a phone number, ViralDM creates a HubSpot contact with first name, last name, email and phone.

If a contact with that email already exists, ViralDM updates it instead of making a second one.

Events with neither an email nor a phone are skipped. ViralDM asks HubSpot for contacts access only.

Connect HubSpot in one click

In ViralDM open Connectors and press Connect on HubSpot.
Sign in to HubSpot, choose your account and approve the access ViralDM asks for.
Press 🧪 Test. It checks the connection (no fake contact is created).

After connecting

Press 🧪 Test on the connector in ViralDM. It sends one test event, so you can see it arrive before a real lead does.
On the Connectors page, open the connector: it shows how many events were sent, when the last one went, how many failed, and the reason for the last failure.
You can also send a person to this connector from inside an automation: in the Flow Builder add the step "Send to a connector" and pick it. The step does nothing if the connector is not connected.

Problems and questions
