Indian buyers shop by screenshot: they send the photo and ask "ye wala kitne ka?". Visual Search matches the photo against the cover photos of the products you added in Products and replies with that product's card, price and a Buy button; with UPI Verify on, the reply also carries a pay link. If the match is uncertain it asks "which one?" with up to three cards, and if it is very unsure it stays quiet, because a wrong card costs trust.
