Can it answer “is this safe in pregnancy?”

It answers only from what you add to AI Brain. For medical questions such as pregnancy or a skin condition, the safe setup is to hand the chat to a person; automations pause for that chat while your team replies from the inbox.

Does it connect to Shopify?

Partly. You can look up Shopify orders and stock from the ViralDM Android app, the API and the MCP server. In automatic replies, the support agent asks for the order number and sends your tracking link.
