Two things almost nobody does, and they are the two that save the most time: testing your message, and reusing a setup you already got right once.
A/B test: the argument ends
You write two versions. Half the people get A, half get B. A few days later the numbers are in and the winner carries on.
The example above is genuinely the most common result: a message that ends on a question almost always wins — because a reply starts the conversation and keeps Instagram's window open.
Change one thing at a time. If the two versions have different text, different emoji and different links, you will never know which part won.
Snapshot: build once, install twenty times
Once an account's setup is right — keywords, replies, sequences, product cards, working hours — take a snapshot of it. Apply that snapshot to the next account and change only the names and the prices.
For anyone running an agency this is the biggest saving there is: a two-hour onboarding becomes fifteen minutes. It is useful for a solo creator too — moving one account's setup onto another.
