The hard part of selling Instagram automation is not technical — it is scale. One client is easy. Ten clients means ten separate logins, the same setup ten times, and remembering every minute whose account you are currently sitting in. That is where half of these agencies stall.
Three things that keep the model running
1. Every client in their own account, from one place
Client Accounts gives each client a separate workspace — their own Instagram, their own automations, their own data, their own subscribers. You press "Open" and work inside that client, with a bar across the top that keeps telling you whose account you are in. That bar looks trivial and prevents the most expensive mistake there is: editing the wrong client's automation.
You can hand the client a login too. They see only their own account, never your other clients.
2. Your brand in front of their buyers (Agency Pro)
White-label is part of Agency Pro: you set your own brand name, logo, accent colour and support email. The things a client's buyers see — the product page, the post-payment page, the receipt — carry your brand. The client never feels they are using some third-party tool, and your agency looks like a product rather than a reseller.
3. One setup, twenty clients
This is the part people understand too late. Build the first client's setup properly — keywords, replies, sequences, product cards, working hours. Then take a Snapshot of it. When the next client arrives, apply the snapshot and change only the names and prices. A two-hour onboarding becomes fifteen minutes.
The money side
Clients run on your plan, not on one of their own — so the gap between what you charge them and what your plan costs is your margin. That is why the retainer model works here: the setup happens once, the monthly effort keeps dropping, and the client can see their result every month.
One more thing that is agency-only: in AI Calls you can attach your own phone number, so calls to a client's leads come from your brand's number.
A practical order for the first client
- Create the client in Client Accounts and connect their Instagram (they approve it on the consent screen).
- Find their top three questions — price, link, availability — and build three automations.
- Add one sequence: first DM, follow-up the next day, offer on day three.
- Show them Insights and Money. Reach and rupees in one place. Retainers get renewed on that screen.
- Take the snapshot. The next client starts from it.
What not to do
- Never ask for a client's password. The connection happens on Instagram's consent screen. Asking for a password is a bad signal in itself.
- Do not give every client the same reply text. Their language has to be their followers' language.
- Do not sell a retainer without numbers. In any month you cannot show a result, the client starts wondering what they are paying for.
In detail: ready-made business agents make the first client setup faster still. The free first month is enough to begin. Client Accounts open up on the Agency plan; the branding layer that puts your own logo in front of buyers arrives with Agency Pro — so you can run clients first and add the branding later.
