Salons, clinics, coaching centres, photographers, tutors — they all get the same DM: "is tomorrow free?" And they all send the same reply: a booking link. That is precisely where half the traffic dies. Open the link, wait for the page, fill the form — three steps, and people fall off at each one.
The better way is to offer the slots inside the chat where the conversation already is.
Three messages, no link
is tomorrow free?
Yes! Tomorrow’s free times: 1) 11:00 am 2) 1:30 pm 3) 5:00 pm — just send the number.
2
Confirmed — tomorrow 1:30 pm. I’ll remind you an hour before.
What runs behind it
- Your working hours, your breaks and the gap you want between two bookings are all respected.
- A slot somebody has taken is never offered again — double booking is not possible.
- If Google Calendar is connected, your busy times are respected too and the booking appears there.
- Reminder DMs go out a day before and an hour before. This is where no-shows drop the most.
How to set it up
- On the Booking page, set your hours, the slot length and the gap.
- Write
{{book}}into the reply of any automation — the slots appear right there. - Or point an AI Agent at booking, and it will pull the time out of the conversation itself.
Small things that make the difference
- Never show more than three slots. More options mean more thinking, and more thinking means no reply.
- If you take a deposit, send the UPI pay link with the booking — no-shows roughly halve.
- Mark the no-shows and attach a follow-up automation that offers them a new time.
Full feature page: booking inside the DM. For salons and clinics it comes pre-wired in the ready-made agent.
