Not every lead comes from a DM. Some see a link on a WhatsApp status, some come through your bio, some scan the QR on your poster. All of them need a page you can send anywhere — and after that, you need to see how far people got and where they stopped.
Forms: the people outside your DMs
Build a form — name, number, and two or three questions that are genuinely useful to you. Put the link anywhere: bio, story, WhatsApp status, the QR on a poster. Anyone who fills it lands straight in your Audience with tags, and automations and sequences can run on them.
Funnels: where people fall
This is the screen people open least and need most. It lays your whole path out in one line and counts every step.
In the picture above, the biggest fall is between the DM and the link — 116 out of 293. That means the reel is fine and the DM is arriving, but the text of the DM is not working. Changing one line there will do more than changing everything else.
How to read it
- Find the biggest fall — the one place in the path where most people leave.
- Fix only that step. One thing per week.
- Look again next week. If the fall has moved somewhere else, you did the right thing.
Common falls and their cures
- Comment to DM — people do not know what to type. Put the keyword plainly in the caption.
- DM to link — the DM is too long, or it has no question in it. Shorten it, ask one thing.
- Link to purchase — the price or the shipping is a surprise on the page. Say the price in the DM.
Forms and funnels both come pre-wired with the ready-made agents.
