Connect Calendly to ViralDM
Calls booked on your Calendly reach your Slack, Sheets, CRM and Telegram just like a ViralDM booking.

How it works
This direction is IN. When someone books a call on your Calendly, Calendly tells ViralDM straight away.
ViralDM turns it into a booking.created event — with the name, email, phone (if they gave one) and the meeting name and time — and sends it to every connector you connected, your webhooks and Meta Conversions API.
The meeting stays in Calendly. ViralDM does not add it to its own booking calendar.
Calendly only sends these booking notices on its paid plans.
What goes across
- Calendly → ViralDM: each new booking (cancellations are not passed on).
- ViralDM → your connectors: booking.created.
One click
Connect Calendly in one click
- In ViralDM open Connectors and press Connect on Calendly.
- Sign in to Calendly and press Allow.
- ViralDM subscribes to your bookings by itself. Press 🧪 Test to check the connection.
- Make a test booking on your Calendly. It should reach your other connectors within a minute.
After connecting
Check it works
- Press 🧪 Test on the connector in ViralDM. It sends one test event, so you can see it arrive before a real lead does.
- On the Connectors page, open the connector: it shows how many events were sent, when the last one went, how many failed, and the reason for the last failure.
"Calendly webhooks need a paid Calendly plan".
Calendly refused the booking subscription because your Calendly plan is free. Upgrade Calendly, then disconnect and connect again.
"Could not subscribe to your Calendly bookings".
Disconnect and connect again. If it repeats, contact ViralDM support.
Should I use Calendly or ViralDM's own booking page?
Either works. ViralDM's booking page and DM booking need no extra plan and fire the same booking.created event.
