How it works
There is no one-click button for Pabbly Connect. Pabbly Connect gives you a webhook URL, and you add it to ViralDM's Webhooks page. A webhook is a web address (URL) that one app calls the moment something happens, so the other app hears about it instantly.
You tick which events to send. Each time one happens, ViralDM sends it to that URL straight away, and your Pabbly Connect flow continues from there.
Each event carries what ViralDM knows about the person: name, Instagram username, email, phone, platform, a short message and, for sales, the amount in rupees. Anything not known is left out.
Every delivery is signed: the X-ViralDM-Signature header is an HMAC-SHA256 of the body made with your webhook's secret, so a flow that checks it knows the request really came from ViralDM.
What goes across
- The business events you tick: lead.captured, bio.lead, form.submitted, booking.created, order.paid, payment.received.
- Also, if you tick them, the DM events dm.received and dm.sent.
Set it up
Send events to Pabbly Connect
- In Pabbly Connect create a workflow. For the trigger app choose "Webhook by Pabbly" with the event "Catch Webhook", and copy the webhook URL.
- In ViralDM open Webhooks (Settings → Webhooks, or /dashboard/webhooks) and add a webhook with that URL.
- Tick the events you want, for example lead.captured and order.paid, and save.
- Press Test in ViralDM, then map the fields in Pabbly Connect.
- Pabbly waits for a first request to learn the fields — press Test in ViralDM while it waits.

Pabbly Connect never receives anything.
Check the webhook is switched on in ViralDM and the event is ticked. Only ticked events are sent.
"Webhook URL must be a public HTTPS URL".
Paste the full https:// address Pabbly Connect gave you.
Does ViralDM charge for webhooks?
No. Outgoing webhooks are included on every ViralDM plan, including Free. Your Pabbly Connect plan decides how many runs you get there.
