Connect Telegram to ViralDM
Get a Telegram message on your phone for every new lead, order, payment and booking.

How it works
ViralDM's alerts bot (@ViralDMAlertsbot) sends you a short message for each event: "🙋 New lead", "💰 New payment", "🛒 New order" or "📅 New booking", with the name, amount, email, phone and message.
There is no password or key. Tapping Start in Telegram links your chat to your ViralDM account.

One click
Connect Telegram in one click
- In ViralDM open Connectors and press Connect on Telegram. Telegram opens with ViralDM's alerts bot.
- Press Start in the bot's private chat. The bot answers "Connected to ViralDM ✅".
- Back in ViralDM, reload Connectors. Press 🧪 Test and a test message arrives in Telegram.
After connecting
Check it works
- Press 🧪 Test on the connector in ViralDM. It sends one test event, so you can see it arrive before a real lead does.
- On the Connectors page, open the connector: it shows how many events were sent, when the last one went, how many failed, and the reason for the last failure.
- You can also send a person to this connector from inside an automation: in the Flow Builder add the step "Send to a connector" and pick it. The step does nothing if the connector is not connected.
The bot says "This link has expired or was already used".
The link works once and for 15 minutes. Press Connect on Telegram in ViralDM again and tap Start straight away.
The bot says "Please open the link in a private chat".
Open the bot in a one-to-one chat, not a group, and press Start there.
"The bot was blocked in Telegram — reconnect".
You blocked or deleted the bot, so ViralDM switched the connection off. Unblock it and connect again.
