Every plan above Free includes a number of answered calls each month (Starter 3, Growth 10, Agency 25, Agency Pro 60; a call of up to three minutes counts as one, unanswered calls are free). When the meter runs low you get a notification and can buy a pack — 15, 50 or 200 calls — or exactly the number you need. Agencies can add their own Indian phone number for ₹999 a month so the call shows their brand's number. Developers can place the same calls through the Calling API with prepaid API packs.
It never calls outside 9am–9pm IST, never calls the same person twice in a day, never takes card or UPI details on the phone, says clearly that it is an AI assistant when asked, and ends the call if the person asks. Numbers are stored only for the call log; the recording provider keeps no copy after the transcript is made.
Hindi, Hinglish (the default for Indian audiences), English, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi and Kannada. It detects the language the follower used in the DM and can switch mid-call if the person answers in another one.

You get the full transcript, a one-paragraph summary and the outcome for every call on the AI Calls page; the audio itself is not stored.
