Overview
Most Instagram leads die in the DM box because nobody calls back in time. ViralDM AI Calls closes that gap: an AI caller (a woman's or a man's voice, your choice) phones the lead from an Indian number, speaks natural Hindi, Hinglish or English, follows a five-step discovery script — greet, confirm what they asked about, find out what they need and by when, answer from your notes, agree the next step — and stops politely if the person is busy. You get the duration, the outcome (interested / callback / not now), a summary and the full transcript on the AI Calls page, and a DM goes to the lead with what was agreed.

Business name (and how to say it), why you are calling in one line, what a good call achieves, and the things the caller must know — prices, timings, address, what you do not do. Pick the voice and name. Switch Calling on. Optional caps: calls per day and minutes per call. Test with "Call someone now" on your own phone.
How it is priced
Every plan above Free includes a number of answered calls each month (Starter 3, Growth 10, Agency 25, Agency Pro 60; a call of up to three minutes counts as one, unanswered calls are free). When the meter runs low you get a notification and can buy a pack — 15, 50 or 200 calls — or exactly the number you need. Agencies can add their own Indian phone number for ₹999 a month so the call shows their brand's number. Developers can place the same calls through the Calling API with prepaid API packs.
What the caller will not do
It never calls outside 9am–9pm IST, never calls the same person twice in a day, never takes card or UPI details on the phone, says clearly that it is an AI assistant when asked, and ends the call if the person asks. Numbers are stored only for the call log; the recording provider keeps no copy after the transcript is made.

Which languages can the AI caller speak?
Hindi, Hinglish (the default for Indian audiences), English, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi and Kannada. It detects the language the follower used in the DM and can switch mid-call if the person answers in another one.
Does the call come from an Indian number?
Yes. Calls are placed from an Indian landline number through a licensed telephony partner. Agency plans can add a number of their own.
How much does a call cost?
Calls included in your plan cost nothing extra. Beyond that, a 15-call pack is ₹499 (about ₹33 a call), a 200-call pack ₹4,999 (about ₹25). A call is up to three minutes; each extra minute counts as another call.
Can I listen to the calls?
You get the full transcript, a one-paragraph summary and the outcome for every call on the AI Calls page; the audio itself is not stored.
Can I trigger calls from my own software?
Yes. POST /api/v1/calls with the number and an optional script override; the response carries a call id, and a webhook or GET /api/v1/calls/:id gives you the outcome and transcript. See viraldm.app/docs#calls.
