Overview
Stop typing the same DM 100 times. ViralDM's Comment to DM automation watches your Instagram posts and Reels. When a follower comments your keyword (like "PRICE", "LINK", "INFO"), the bot auto-replies in their DM with your message, link, coupon, or WhatsApp number. Set once, runs forever.

How it works
Comment to DM, in detail
How Comment-to-DM Works
- You create an automation: pick a post, set keyword(s), write DM message.
- Follower comments the keyword on your post.
- ViralDM detects the comment, applies anti-suspension delay, sends the DM.
- Optionally posts a public comment reply too ("Check DM ✓").
All through Meta's official Instagram Graph API.
Smart Keyword Matching
Multiple keywords per automation ("PRICE", "COST", "INFO"). Hindi keywords supported (कीमत, दाम). "Any message" mode for high-volume creators. Per-comment dedupe so the same person doesn't get spammed. Max-2-replies-per-user cap so nobody is over-messaged.
Includes Anti-Suspension
12 protection layers: 8–25 second randomised delays, typing indicators, quiet hours (midnight–7 AM IST), an hourly send limit kept under Meta's own cap, message variations, and auto-pause on Meta error.
What's the difference between comment auto-reply and comment-to-DM?
Auto-reply posts a public reply visible to everyone. Comment-to-DM sends a private DM to the commenter. ViralDM does both: the private DM and, if you want it, a short public reply under the comment.
How many keywords can I set per automation?
Unlimited. Add as many as you want, separated by comma or space. Each can trigger a different reply if you use Keyword Routing (Growth plan).
Is ViralDM safe for my Instagram account?
ViralDM connects through Meta's official Instagram Graph API with secure OAuth — no scraping and no password sharing — and applies 12 rate-aware controls to keep your sending within platform limits. No third-party service can guarantee that Instagram will never restrict an account.
How fast is the DM sent?
After a randomised 8–25 second delay, behind a typing indicator, so it reads like someone typing rather than a bot firing the same second.
