Can ViralDM take cash-on-delivery orders?

Do I need a website or an online store?

No. The DM carries the price, the photos and a UPI pay page. If you already have a store, you can send its link in the DM instead.

Is the buyer’s payment screenshot checked?

On the Free plan you see the screenshot and confirm it with one tap. From Starter, AI first reads the amount, your UPI ID and the UTR, and flags edits and duplicates. It reads the screenshot, not your bank account, so for big orders check the credit in your UPI app.

I post a new saree every day. Do I need a new automation each time?

No. Put one caption code in every post and one automation answers comments on all of them, or keep one automation per Reel when each needs its own price. The Free plan has 1 automation, Starter 3, and Growth has no limit.

Can ViralDM message people who only follow me or like my posts?
