It is a global product: dollar pricing, English-first, and nothing on the page about UPI, Indian languages or WhatsApp. For an Indian creator those three are usually the whole point of automating the DM, which is why this page exists.

Their homepage on 20 September 2026 states a free plan of 500 DMs a month. ViralDM’s free plan has no DM cap at all — it is limited to one automation instead — and the first month of Starter is free and includes everything.
Yes — it connects through Meta’s API like every legitimate tool. What it does not state is INR billing, UPI inside the DM or Indian-language replies, which is where ViralDM is different.
Probably CreatorFlow, unless you need the MCP server or AI calls. ViralDM’s advantages are India-specific and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.
