Is SuperProfile auto DM free?

Yes, on its Starter plan: SuperProfile's India pricing page (read 15 Oct 2026) lists Starter as free forever with unlimited AutoDMs on Reels and posts, one keyword per automation, 10 leads and a "Sent via SuperProfile" line. Stories, Lives, any-comment triggers and selling need the Creator plan.

SuperProfile auto DM not working — what should I check?

The same things break every auto DM tool: the Instagram account must be Professional (Creator or Business); the keyword must match what people type; "Allow access to messages" must be on in Instagram's privacy settings; and only one tool may answer a given post, because Instagram allows one private reply per comment.

Can I run both?

On different Instagram accounts, yes. On the same account, do not run two auto DM tools on the same posts: Instagram allows one private reply per comment, so whichever answers first wins and the other one fails.
